Please fill out the quiz below, all fields are REQUIRED. As stated on the previous page, this Qiuz will only be used to get a feel for where you are in your husbandry knowledge. Once you submit your application and quiz results, I will contact you. Once you have been approved, you may then place a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit along with any other travel or setup fees and either choose your hedgehog or be placed on the Wait List.
