Age Requirements
You must be 18 in order to purchase reptiles from Pixie Pets. If an underage person would like to purchase an animal from me, a parent or guardian needs to Contact me and do the actual purchasing.

Color/Morph Type

I take great care in trying to represent accurate colors of geckos in my photos, that being said, lighting, the willingness of the gecko to fire, and your own viewing device may change what colors you actually see. I keep it simple when I list Morph Type, I do not list all the traits a gecko has because most of them are fairly obvious. Pixie Pets will not refund/replace/exchange a gecko if the color or morph isn't exactly as you expected.

Tail Drops

We all know geckos drop their tails. Pixie Pets will not refund/replace/exchange a gecko in the event of a dropped tail. If the gecko drops the tail while still here waiting to be shipped, you will be notified and shipping may be delayed until the wound closes. If the gecko drops the tail during shipping, there is nothing I can do about that.

Sexing

Mature geckos will be listed as guaranteed sex. Babies, juviniles, and subadults will be listed as possible sex with no guarantees or unsexed. Pixie Pets will not refund/replace/exchange a gecko if the sex turns out to be different than listed.

Shipping

Pixie Pets can ship, but only during certain times of the year. It can't be too hot nor too cold (between 45-85) in both locations (from Fort Wayne to wherever you are). Pixie Pets uses Reptiles2You with over night delivery via FedEx. Shipping days are Mon-Wed. This does narrow how much shipping we can do. Pixie Pets is not responsible for any delays or lost/stolen packages.

Shipping Live Arrival Guarantee

Pixie Pets will guarantee live arrival ONLY to FedEx Hubs. You must send photo proof within 1 hour of delivery. In the event of a DOA, once proof has been given, Pixie Pets will offer a replacement of an equal or lesser value. No refunds will be given.

Pickups/Meet ups

Pixie Pets is more than happy to have you come pickup your gecko or meet up in a local public space (within Fort Wayne). Anything outside of Fort Wayne, within 3 hours requires a delivery fee of 50/hr travel.

​

Export

Pixie Pets does not ship outside of the United States.

Health Guarantee

Pixie Pets guarantees health on all crested geckos for 5 days. In the event of a sudden death, you must notify me and send me proof of setup. If the death was not a cause of poor husbandry, Pixie Pets may replace the animal with a gecko of equal or lesser value, at it's discretion. No refunds will be given.

Deposits

Geckos require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold/reserve. This applies to every gecko no matter the delivery method. Once you say you want a gecko, you must put money down on it. NO EXCEPTIONS.

​

Final Payments

All Balances on shipped geckos are due before shipping is scheduled. Once I contact you that shipping windows are open, you will have 7 days to pay off the remaining balance of the gecko. Picked up geckos may pay in Cash ONLY on pickup day. I will not accept epayments on day of pickup.

Payment Plans

Pixie Pets does not do payment plans. All money must be received before a gecko is scheduled to ship.

Payment Types

Pixie Pets accepts Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Cash. I do not take credit cards, checks, money orders, gift cards, etc.

​

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

Pixie Pets does not do refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

​

Replacements

Pixie Pets reserves the right to determine when a replacement is warranted.

​

Trades

Pixie Pets does not do trades.

​

Breeding

You are free to breed any gecko you purchase from Pixie Pets unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description of the gecko. However, if you are looking for a pet, breeding is not recommended as it puts stress on the animal and tragedies do occur. Lineage will be given upon request, I usually have further back than just parents.
